 Coeur d'Alene Firefighters Pipes and Drums

First Annual Rubber Duck Race!


When:

 

 4 p.m. Memorial Day, May 31, 2010

 Lazy River at Boulder Beach in Silverwood Theme Park

Why:

 

 Lots of great prizes! Support your local pipe band

All proceeds benefit the Coeur d'Alene Firefighters Pipes and Drums.

Prizes

Winning duck owners need not be present to win their prizes.

  • First Place: $1,500
  • Second Place: $1,000
  • Stay and Play Golf Package at the Coeur d'Alene Resort
  • Stay and Play Golf Package at the Coeur d'Alene Casino
  • Silverwood gift basket valued at $450
  • Door prizes (must be present to win these)

Grand prize winners will be announced on the Coeur d'Alene Firefighters Pipes and Drums website at www.cdaffpd.org/duckrace on June 1st, 2010. Winners will need to contact us via email or telephone at the address/number provided with the ticket. The address/number will also be posted on this page when winners are announced. Winners will have 60 days to claim prizes. You must have your winning ticket to claim your prize. Thank you and may your duck be the fastest.

How to enter

  • Purchase a single duck for $5.
  • A flock of five costs just $20.

Where to enter

To purchase duck tickets, simply stop in at one of these locations:

  • Coeur d’ Alene Fire Department Administration Building at 300 Foster Ave.  
  • Jitterz Espresso-   2880 N. Government Way  
  • All Things Irish-  315 E. Sherman
  • Roosters Coffee-  303 E. Spokane Av

American Heroes Weekend (May 29th, 30th and 31st)

All Military personnel, Police officers and Firefighters receive free admission to the park and their immediate family members (spouse and children) are ½ price general admissions (identification required). The band has discounted tickets for sale for those who do not get in free. Adult tickets are $28.00 and are only good for one day during the weekend. Adult tickets are for ages 8-64. Youth and Senior tickets are $17.00. These tickets are for ages 3-7 and 65 and over. Ages 2 and under are free. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
